How It Works

Your Advisory Journey, Step by Step

A clear, SEBI-compliant process — no investment advice is given until your risk profile is assessed and a written advisory agreement is signed.

  1. Discovery Call

A no-obligation conversation to understand your goals, current situation, and what you want from an adviser. This is an introductory discussion — not investment advice.

  2. KYC & Risk Profiling

Formal KYC, a structured risk-tolerance assessment, and a suitability review — so any advice is matched to your capacity for risk and your objectives, as required by SEBI.

  3. Advisory Agreement & MITC

You sign a SEBI-compliant advisory agreement that sets out the Most Important Terms & Conditions, the agreed fee mode (Fixed or AUA), and the scope of services — before any advice is given.

  4. Fee Payment & GST Invoice

Fees are collected in advance for the agreed period (within SEBI caps), and you receive a proper GST invoice. Payment is by bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) only.

  5. Written Financial Plan & Advice

You receive recommendations in writing, with clear rationale and a full audit trail. We advise direct (zero-commission) plans only — never product pushes.

  6. Ongoing Reviews & Support

Scheduled reviews — quarterly or annually per your plan — to track progress, rebalance, and adapt to life changes, with direct access to your adviser throughout.

Common Questions

Fee FAQs

Answers to questions we hear most often about fees and payments.

When do I pay the fee?
Fees are collected in advance for a maximum period of 6 months at a time, as per SEBI regulations. You will receive a proper GST invoice for every payment. Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) is the accepted mode of payment.
Can I switch between Fixed Fee and AUA mode?
Yes. As per the 2025 SEBI guidelines, clients and advisers have greater flexibility to switch between fee modes. Any change in fee mode will be documented through an updated advisory agreement before taking effect.
Is GST included in the fee shown?
No. All fees shown are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST at 18% will be charged additionally and shown separately on your invoice. You will receive a proper GST invoice for your records and potential input tax credit if eligible.
What happens if I want to discontinue mid-year?
You may terminate the advisory agreement at any time by providing written notice. Pro-rated refund of any advance fee for the unused period will be processed within 30 days, as per the terms of the advisory agreement.
Does the fee cover my entire family?
Yes. SEBI's fee cap of ₹1,51,000 (Fixed) or 2.5% (AUA) is per family of clients — meaning spouse and dependent family members are covered within the same fee, across all services.
Do you earn any commission from mutual funds or other products?
Absolutely not. As a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, we are legally prohibited from earning commissions from product manufacturers or distributors. We recommend direct plans of mutual funds — where no commission is deducted from your investment — and earn solely from your advisory fee.

No Commissions. No Conflicts. Just Advice.

Book an introductory call to discuss your financial goals and determine whether our advisory services are right for you. This is an exploratory conversation to understand your requirements — it is not investment advice. Formal advice is provided only after risk profiling under a signed, SEBI-compliant advisory agreement.
